I have been involved in the care giving industry since I was in high school. I have been a certified CNA since 2000. I have worked in several Skilled Nursing Facilities and in Home Care Agency as well. I have been promoted to management positions teaching HHA, and CNAs on how to be more empathetic about being caregiver. As a Community Care Coordinator I was directly responsible for team of DCW, and NA, and HHC staff and providing leadership as well as direction to ensure that our clients receive the very best in home care. I have excellent communication skills, eager to instruct and share my knowledge and experience with others. I am very passionate about caring for people because I took care of my mother until she passed away in 2016. There are many benefits to working with the elderly not only is it an important job for our society, caring for our elders can be extremely rewarding and fulfilling too. Working with the elderly gives me a valuable insight into the aging process.

Ja'net has been a God-send for our family. She is highly skilled and very personable. She cares for our mother with great skill, care and compassion. For example, not only does she help with getting dressed but she will go the extra mile by adding earrings and styling our mom's hair so she feels pretty! We trust her with medicine, feeding and personal care. The most important thing is that our mom really likes Ja'net and looks forward to when she comes and spending time with her.
