I'm an honest, reliable, and straightforward person who loves to help others. I successfully owned and operated a business for 18 years and got to take my 2 fur babies to work with me every day! In March 2024, I decided to close the company and lease out the building to stay home and care for my elderly father that had been living with us for 12 years and needed more care as time went on. Unfortunately, dad passed away in October 2024. I don't want to start up the business again, but am seeking new opportunities to stay productive and contribute my skills to help others. Being retired means my life is pretty laid back. I enjoy working in the yard, hiking trails with my fur babies, helping others, and fostering animals. We live on a private road near Hidenwood in Newport News and have a large fenced backyard. I want to provide respite care to the elderly or board/sit with animals for your vacations or just to get some much-needed alone time.
