I am a professional Nanny with over 14 years of experience caring for children of all ages and I love what I do. I'm a proactive person and my focus is on development and teaching. I love to play and like to be outdoors. I don't just watch them, I like to interact with them. Every child is unique, and getting to know each one of them is fascinating. I'm very patient and loving. It does not take me much time to make a child stop crying! It's a natural gift that was given to me. I feel that it is my job to keep a child mentally and physically stimulated; planning a variety of activities, and never leaving them in front of the TV or other devices. Other qualifications: I speak Portuguese and Spanish, I have good organizational skills, and I prepare healthy meals. Special skills to train in sharing, turn taking, negotiation, good manners and habits, encourage the use of words to express feelings. I also teach sign language.
