Hired Janet because she applied to a Monday through Friday position 10 to 12. She babysat for us for a trial run and we discussed her availability. We then agreed to a Monday, Wednesday, Friday position 10 to 12 to meet her needs. Messaged her to confirm that she would be coming on Wednesday only to find out that she could now suddenly only work Fridays. She did not reach out or give us any notice. instead, she messaged me only hours before her scheduled shift to let me know she would not be following through with the position.
