About Jane

Working with children is my life's passion. I currently teach preschool at a local church in the mornings but would like to find an additional part time afternoon/evening position as a nanny. I have 30 plus years of experience working with children. I have been a nanny before for a infant as well as school aged children. My previous experience as a nanny lead to lifelong relationship with the families I worked for. I have worked in daycares, and after school programs. I worked as an assistant children's librarian, raised two daughters, and have been teaching preschool for the last 14 years. I studied early childhood development in college. I am dependable and kind and good with children. I communicate well with parents and provide developmentally appropriate activities for children in a safe and nurturing manner. I am willing to do light housework.
