I am a 23-year-old artist and caretaker, and I like to think of myself as easy going, kind, and exciting. I spent 6 months volunteering at an underfunded school in Sacramento, California, and a year and a half working at an elementary school in Austin, Texas. I also nannied for 3 months at the beginning of the pandemic, and most recently I spent nearly 2 years caretaking for a child with autism and behavioral challenges. I have already been through the "sink before you swim" phase of this line of work, so I am confident in my strengths and aware of my weaknesses. I have worked with children with ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, dysgraphia, autism, down syndrome, and various behavioral disorders. That being said, my passion extends to all age ranges and disabilities. I like to teach the children I work with about kindness and acceptance, and my favorite part of the job is building friendships. I am an artist and fashion designer looking for a gig to support myself while I build my brand.
