I have closed my consulting business and I am hoping to do what I love. I have raised three wonderful successful special needs children. I have been trained in the Love and Logic method of parenting which inspires me to use loving approaches to the needs of the children I encounter. I absolutely love babies and children and I like inspiring and encouraging their developmental successes. I have a Master's degree in Education and I have knowledge of the way children develop and learn. I am fully able to play and run and enjoy children. I recently started making fairy houses out of natural materials from the beach and the woods. I am creative with whatever materials are available to me. I once flew a kite in a stairwell with a fan. I want to provide a safe and happy environment for the children in my care. I worked in a respected day care center for a few months and I was horrified by the behavior of the other care workers, by the unsanitary and dangerous practices. I quit.
