I hired Janel for a full-time nanny position. We had a phone interview and we both agreed on the state date and pay. I was upfront that it was only for a 6 week time period. When I reached out to her a few times before her start date so she could come over to the house and meet everyone, she ignored my texts and phone calls. Finally, 4 days before she was supposed to start she sent a text that said "I'm so sorry" I found another job. She did not even have the decency to let me know. I am certain had I not persisted in reaching out to her, she would not have even showed up on Monday. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. She made a commitment to our family and last minute she bailed putting us in a serious situation. I would NOT recommend her to anyone.
