About Janell

I'm a friendly and patient caregiver who is passionate about helping families. Now that my children are young adults, I'm excited to assist another family with their transportation and morning routines. I'm comfortable caring for one child between the ages of 0 and 12. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and their lead in enforcing household rules. I have coursework in early child development, and I'm CPR- and TrustLine-certified. I'm also willing to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I love playing both outdoor and board games with children. I have a degree in Sociology and work at a local nonprofit that serves children and families in foster care within our community.
