Hello! I absolutely love children and love teaching! I have worked with children for 10+ years. Here are a few highlights of my tutoring experience: - Tutored a high school student through Algebra, raising her grade from an F to a B in one semester. - Facilitated after-school tutoring of Algebra students, open to an entire class. - Worked with elementary students one-on-one, in small groups, and in classroom settings for a year, with a focus on special education (ages K-5th). - Worked for a summer in a Florida daycare helping them recover after a hurricane. I facilitated daily lessons for all ages up through 8 years old. - Homework help for children of all ages during nanny, babysitting, and tutoring jobs. - Facilitated 2 young charges in learning to swim. - Assisted in teaching adult ESL classes at the Baptist Student Ministry. - Led Dance Classes (swing and blues) at a local church. - Tutored ESL college student through projects, papers, and assignments.
