As a Community Health Educator my entire career has focused on my passion for healthy living and encouraging others to adopt habits that will prolong their life. I enjoy teaching and learning and want my job to be one that is energizing and fulfilling and that I'm excited to be a part of and report to each day. I have had a wealth of experience in many arenas of health education including nutrition, mental health, substance use and abuse, sexual and reproductive health to name a few. I enjoy the field of prevention and programs like Girls on the Run are a great way to kick start the lives of girls that need a bit of a boost. I'm open to new opportunities and the chance to make a difference in the lives of others. In addition, I am a passionate runner and have spent the past years participating in Ultra runs all over the world. I enjoy having a purpose and so I do my best to participate in events that support a cause I feel is worth the investment.

Jane worked for our organization two different times. Once as a sexual health educator and once as an AmeriCorps Volunteer. Jane has many skills, however, she is outstanding in an advocacy role and planning community events. The events she planned for us were well attended and well liked. She has a great affinity for working with teens. She likes them and they like her. Enthusiastic, energetic, a great speaker, Jane will be an asset for your organization.
