I'd describe my personality as bubbly, personable, and genuine. I like caring for people with special needs because I have been around special needs most of my life and always find joy while doing so. I'm looking for a job that will give me an extra income on top of my full time teaching career. I started caring for people with special needs when my mom was in a car accident in 1995 that left her a quadriplegic. This opened my world to working with individuals with physical handicaps. From there I started volunteering my time at special needs camps and then eventually became a Special Education Teacher. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my 17-year-old daughter. She brings so much joy to my world. I also love being outdoors and hiking any time I get the chance.
