I believe in creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and explore. I am patient, calm, and always maintain a positive attitude. I am also creative and love to engage children in imaginative play. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates on their child's day. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I follow the parents' lead. I am comfortable caring for one child at a time and am willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
