About Jana

I'm a retired Mansfield ISD Kindergarten teacher with 28 years experience teaching kindergarten. I have a passion for fostering children's growth and development. I'm a certified teacher and Early Childhood Education (ECE). I believe in providing a safe, nurturing environment for children to learn and grow. I'm patient and calm, creative and imaginative, and friendly and approachable. I prioritize clear and open communication with parents, providing written daily reports and regular updates via text or phone calls, always using their preferred communication method. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a consistent and structured environment for the children in my care. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games and puzzles, educational games that promote learning, and technology-based games and apps.
