About Jana

I am loving, patient and nurturing. Taking care of children brings me joy. Nurturing comes naturally to me and caring for the littlest, the infants and toddlers, watching them grow and constantly learn is amazing. I'm looking for a position as a full time nanny to a newborn, single or twins. I have 17 years of experience in childcare. I started working with kids while in high school and in college. When I started my own family I had an in home center for six years. The last 10 years I have worked at a childcare facility near my home. In my spare time, I like to read for relaxation. I also enjoy sewing. Learning to trust is something an infant learns to do as soon as they're born. My desire is to come alongside the parent to create a a safe trusting environment for the child to flourish. I am patient. I love children, they are precious, but patience is a must! Creating a space where a child feels loved and safe and is able to thrive is my goal.
