About Jana

I have over 15 years experience in childcare. I have worked with children of various ages, from newborns to 13-year-olds. I'm an excellent communicator, very organized and transparent. I view every child as a unique person, teach and guide them individually, according to their personality and learning styles. I have experience with alternative teaching and learning methods, such as Montessori and Waldorf education. I recently received my lead teacher Montessori certificate for ages 3-6 and I love to implement it when working as a nanny. I enjoy reading, spending lots of time in nature, crafting, swimming, learning foreign languages and cooking. I also enjoy taking my nanny kids to various activities, such as story times, playgrounds, museums, etc. I believe children learn best through being immersed into the world.

Jana cared for our infant for three months. She was responsible for all feeding, diapering, naps, and activities. She drove our baby to various events or playspaces within our community daily. Our baby enjoyed being with Jana. Jana was an excellent communicator, and thoughtful and diligent in providing a safe, positive experience for our baby. She has loads of energy and knows much about early childhood development.
