About Jamila

Hi! I have a huge passion for children! I love seeing them grow and learn new things, and assisting them in that process. I have over a decade of experience babysitting, being a part-time nanny, and heading the Youth Choir at my local church. This experience has been vital to my success as a flexible, patient, and compassionate caregiver. I currently work full time but I am able to do overnights. My graduate degree is in Global Business Management. I received my undergraduate degrees in Spanish, International Affairs, and Media Production and received minors in Arabic and Political Science. Outside of children, I enjoy the world of academia, traveling, animals, languages, and cultures. I highly value communication, creativity, respect, and honesty, which is reflected in the way that I interact with children and families.
