My experience with children ranges from occasional baby-sitting to full-time nannying. I have experience working with infants through school age children in both medical environments (currently work in a pediatric hospital), as well as healthy children at home or in school. Over the past 8 years I have had opportunities to babysit on evenings/weekends, nanny full-time for a 5-year-old, provide child care at a local gyms and now work in a children's hospital as a Certified Child Life Specialist. Due to my variety of work with children I am competent and comfortable in many situations with children of all ages and developmental levels. My college degree was in Human Development and Family Studies, so this also armed me with the background and education to work with children of all stages of life. Since I am now working as a full-time child life specialist at a children's hospital.

Jamie is incredible. Not only is she deeply experienced in child development, but she’s fun, creative, and kind. We have two kiddos (8 & 6), with really different personalities and TONS of energy. She helps them solve their own problems, keeps them active, and talks to them in ways that are empowering. We are so thankful to have her watch our little ones, giving us needed time for ourselves without a single worry. We adore her!
