With a BS in psychology & CPR certification, I bring a personal understanding of support needs. My diverse background includes gymnastics coaching, tutoring, and guiding underprivileged students. At ABA, I provide individualized behavioral support for level 3 ASD children, emphasizing positive reinforcement and non-escalation strategies. I prioritize a child-centered, progressive approach that values open communication & collaboration with families. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive environment where children can express themselves freely, get their needs met, and explore their world without punishment or shame. I'm expanding to offer in-home childcare services, tailored to each child's interests and developmental level, ensuring safety and well-being.
