I am an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse and interested in providing home healthcare to children and/or teenagers. I am very knowledgeable of many medical disorders, along with the treatment of each disorder. I have worked in a school setting, as a substitute nurse, for over a year, and I am very experienced with working with young children and teenagers. I am passionate about my job and take my responsibility as a caregiver seriously. I also am a team player and am willing to meet the accommodations for anyone I am providing medical care for.

Jaime has worked with me as a Substitute School Nurse in my office many times. This school has more than 500 students in grades kindergarten through grade four. The health office has approximately 60-80 visits per day for injuries, illness, treatments and medications. Jaime is a reliable nurse who has demonstrated flexibility in her role by working in different schools within a district. Jaime has worked with children in grades Kindergarten through grade 12. Jaime has also worked with children who have special needs. Jaime shows compassion to the children when sick and injured. She listens to what their complaint may be and gives them her attention and treats them all with kindness. Jaime uses her assessment skills in treating the children and uses her knowledge also to determine when to refer to the Registered Nurse in charge and/or when to notify parents. Jaime also prioritizes the nature of the health visits to the office and treats them accordingly. Jaime is quick to learn routines. She is eager to learn new skills and doesn't shy away from a challenge. She has proven to be a valuable substitute for the nurses. I am always happy to hear when I am working with Jaime M. Tina M.
