I have 1 year and counting of experience in the ABA field. I am very comfortable working with autistic children as well as those struggling with behavioral issues. Although I can not provide specific ABA therapy without the supervision of a BCBA, I am fully confident in providing childcare and redirecting behavioral issues and / or just providing some extra support. In my experience, I've worked with children with autism, adhd, and overall any kind of mental struggle/behavioral struggle they've been dealing with. I only provide gentle and positive reinforcement, no matter the situation, and can handle escalations and meltdowns of any kind.
