I recently graduated from the University of Iowa with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation. I have worked at a special recreation agency for the last 2 years where I work with multiple different ages and types of disabilities. In college I also worked one on one as a respite and SCL therapist for children ages 4-18. I also have volunteered in an ample amount of different kinds of settings with people of many different types of disabilities. Throughout my four years of school at The University of Iowa and my internship at SEASPAR(a specially recreation agency) I have gained a ton of insight as to how to work with people with so many different types of disabilities. I have worked with kids as young as 1 to adults as old as 90.
