About Jamie

Seniors can be pretty cool to work with. If your senior loved one needs a companion to chat about the good ol days, play cards with, watch an old movie with or run errands for, I'm your girl! Some of my favorite memories are the ones spent with my grandmother watching old movies like Hello Dolly, Meet Me in St Louis, Auntie Mame and so many more! Or with my great grandmother playing Yahtzee and laughing together about how I was taller than her at 8 years old. I am definitely more of a companion or errand runner than a nurse or medical assistant. I have had jobs before where I would take seniors to dr appointments, the grocery store, the movies, out to lunch and talk for hours about how it was for them growing up and their memories. I'm sort of a history buff and classic Hollywood lover so things they like to talk about, is interesting to me. Just because they're seniors doesn't mean they have to stay cooped up in the house.
