My husband and I needed a nanny for our 3-month-old son for about 3 months in between both of us going back to work and our son starting daycare. We really wanted to find someone with good experience since this was our first child. We were hard-pressed on time as well. Thankfully, we were able to find Jamie! Jamie has tons of experience and really knows what she is doing and how to take care of young babies. Our son was in a hip harness when Jamie first started but she took to working with it very easily. Jamie was wonderful to talk with about where our son should be developmentally. She would walk us through things he should be doing by certain points. She truly cared for our son and making sure he had the best care possible. It was amazing to have that one-on-one care. She would recommend certain toys to help promote his growth. She would always point out when he was doing a new skill and what it meant. She was also always willing to adjust his routine if needed and was easy to discuss those changes with. She was a great sounding board for me to bounce ideas off of and discuss what was going on with our son. My husband and I are very grateful we found Jamie and had her take care of our son, even if it was only for 3 months. We know that the care he got during that time really set him up for success.
