About James

I coached several swim teams in the past and was the special Olympic swim team coach for the Rockford Illinois chapter. I was diagnosed with ADHD in the second grade. I have done research over the years to find the best way to learn, teach, live, and general understanding. I have taken classes and read articles and studies for self help tools, how to successfully navigate life and what that looks like, and how to advocate for yourself and how to find someone when you can't. I completed a massage therapy program with the highest GPA in my class. Courses apart of the curriculum were APP (anatomy, physiology, and pathology), business, ethics, and various massage techniques classes. They taught in a way that was engaging for all learning types. I live and die by this method. I have used this method for the past seven years while training new employees on my team or any training session that I'm conducting. I use all of my experiences and findings when teaching others and with empathy.
