To Whom It May Concern: James Michael C. worked for my Dad for 3. 5 years until my Dad's passing at the beginning of August, 2020. From our first interview, I knew that Michael would be the one for my Dad. His kind, soft spoken and friendly demeanor was very pleasing during our first meeting. We hired him on the spot and from that day on Michael and my Dad developed a very special relationship, one that I will always cherish. Michael is an extremely conscientious individual, taking his responsibilities very seriously. He is very detail oriented, always punctual (usually early), always seeking the best alternatives for my Dad, a progressive thinker and problem solver. Michael shared a similar sense of humor with my Dad, they made each other laugh all the time and others, too. Most importantly, Michael treated my Dad like his own family with love, kindness, compassion and care. Michael would be a wonderful asset to any family. We will miss him very much. Andrea G.

To recommend Michael is our privilege; our father was released from the hospital with a feeding tube, catheter and reduced mobility. Michael took amazing care of him at home allowing them to stay together, longer. Michael is extremely compassionate and completely trustworthy. He spent all waking hours with our parents, until our father passed. He brought joy and peace of mind to our family. Michael performed various daily activities including feedings through the peg tube, light housework & errands, and administering medications. Most importantly he spent quality time with our parents - telling stories, listening to music, and making their lives richer each day. He became a loved member of our family. Although we hired Michael to care for our father, he provided the same love and care for our mother. She is at early stages of dementia; patient, kind Michael explained things multiple times each day to her. She was calm & reassured throughout our father's illness thanks to Michael.
