Jameeliyah was nanny to our our daughter from age 3 months to 18 months (when we decided our daughter was ready for Montessori). She is kind, intelligent, patient and has an incredible way of connecting with kids that is just natural to her. She was (is) truly part of our family. She is very knowledgeable about child development and emphasizes developmental play. We are big believers in Montessori (both kids started school in that environment), so I think that is partly why we loved Jameeliyah's approach so much. We always knew that, when our daughter was with Jameeliyah, the care she was getting was just as good (if not better) than our own. We would have kept her with us till our daughters were in HS if we could!
