Disappointed with the overall experience with Ms Jaelyn. She reached out constantly when taking care of the kids stating that they were not listening to her. She kept taking them over and over to timeout and my kids shared that she would yell at them. She had several issues with not really knowing how to handle certain situations that she specifically raved about doing well as she was a part of a large family and was use to her siblings. She showed frustration and often times I would have to stop what I was doing to take a phone calls to help her manage the kids. She had taken the kids out for a walk and allowed my 5 year old to run in the street as she was not listening to her and thought calling me would resolve the issue. After using her services she was paid and she decided to reach out to not only me but I husband too stating that she was not paid and she was going to seek legal advice if we did not respond to her by end of day. I don’t entertain threats and based on her babysitting skills this review was long overdue. My advice would be don’t take on jobs you can’t handle and think messaging demands to parents who work hard are going to be taken lightly.
