About Jalissa

I bring over 11 years of experience working with children, having started babysitting in high school and later working at a daycare with pre-k children. My background also includes serving as an instructional aide in a school for children with disabilities, as well as working with disabled adults and the elderly in various settings. I have cared for children of all ages, including newborns, and have built wonderful relationships with the families I've nannied for. I am certified in CPR and First Aid for both adults and infants. I am passionate about engaging children through active play, crafts, educational activities, singing, and even baking! My goal is always to ensure that kids are not just having fun, but also learning something valuable in the process. I am looking for a full-time position but am open to part-time work initially. I'm available in the Westport to Branford area and would love to discuss opportunities outside of that range as well. My schedule is flexible.
