As a caregiver, my passion lies in nurturing the growth and development of children. My previous babysitting experiences were incredibly positive and solidified my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I'm patient, calm, and approachable, which helps me connect with children and build trusting relationships. When it comes to communicating with parents, I believe in transparent and open dialogue, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. From outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles, I enjoy a wide range of activities with children. I also love incorporating educational games that promote learning and development. With two years of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities and training in First Aid and CPR, I'm well-equipped to handle any situation.
