About Jalen

I'd describe my personality as calming, creative, and light going. I approach stressful situations with a very consoling attitude and focus on finding a middle ground/safe ground. I also have experience in after school care/camps and love coming up with new and fun games, my favorite being building type games like Legos or crafts. Finally I am also extremely light going and don't tend to raise my voice or get angry with people nor children, instead focusing on finding compromises and distractions. I'm looking for a job that is ideally full-time and involves getting to know the kid(s). One thing you should know about me is I have dealt with aggressive and socially distant kids before.
