My name is Jaleesa and I have worked in the healthcare field for 11 years. In April-August of 2019 I volunteered in a group home for children with cognitive disabilities. After my volunteer experience I transitioned from patient care to behavioral health in September of that year. I worked as a PCA Where I: Collect Data on IEP goals, Provided academic support and behavioral support, Assisted student with daily living skill building, Assisted student with gross/fine motor support, Reported changes in the health or status of the student . I am now enrolled in school to obtain my bachelors in psychology. After receiving my degree I look forward to furthering me education to become a BCAB. Thank you for your time!
