About Jalayia

Caring for others has always been a passion of mine and something that I've always been drawn to. From providing childcare, volunteering at my local hospital, being a volunteer with a previous medical reserve Corp, and working with individuals with ID/DD. I am looking for a position that, can broaden my working and practical experience, as well as to continue building skills that promote open and effective communication, finding logical and orderly solutions to problems, providing the absolute best care, and being a valuable part of the care team. I want to aid in helping continue fostering and create an engaging learning environment that supports trust building along with reaching goals. I want to continue to use my experience with person centered supports in an environment that I know it is wanted and will thrive in!
