About Jakel

Hi! I am a college student on the path to becoming a behavior therapist. I have always wanted to work with children. Being the oldest sibling and oldest cousin, I have always been the family babysitter. In my free time, I like to hike, hang with loved ones, cuddle my two cats, try new restaurants, and do lots & lots of homework. As a nanny, I enjoy creating crafts and educational activities, playing outside, dancing around to music, and baking/making treats and snacks. I am very hands on but love to incorporate Montessori learning. I'm comfortable with multiple styles of sleep training and potty training. I also offer light cleaning, can run errands, and meal prep. I'd like to add that I have years of experience with children on the Autism spectrum and would love caring for someone who needs extra love and patience. Currently looking to do after school care, carpool to extra curricular, and provide car on date nights/weekends. I hope to hear from you!
