About Jairlyn

I'm passionate about caring for seniors and have been caring for them for more than three years. My previous caregiving jobs taught me the importance of creating a safe and nurturing environment for everyone. I'm motivated to have a positive impact on their lives, as I cared for my grandparents in their old age and understand the frustration they may experience at times. I'm characterized by my patience, creativity, and kindness, and I believe in open communication. I follow their preferred method of communication and am always available to discuss any issues that arise. I have a high school diploma, am trained in first aid, and own a car.
