About Jaime

I recently cared for my 93-year-old grandmother with a fractured pelvis full time while the family was trying to find an assisted living facility for her. My grandparents spoiled me growing up and it meant the world to have that time with her and to make sure she was comfortable at home while getting used to the idea of assisted living. I was lucky enough to know all 4 of my great-grandparents and I enjoy spending time with our senior community. I like caring for seniors because I learn from them and I like to make them laugh. In my spare time, I like to garden, cook and go for walks with my dog. I also enjoy pickleball! Fun fact: I am renovating a 100-year-old craftsman house in Tacoma. My skills include organizing medications/tracking appointments, including the elder in conversations about their health/meds/next steps, listening and making sure they are comfortable. Also housekeeping, laundry/cleaning/errands as needed.
