I'd describe my personality as professional, detail oriented, reliable. I like caring for seniors because it gives me a sense of fulfillment and purpose. I started caring for seniors when my uncle was diagnosed with dementia. I then started working from home and grew a passion for senior care living. I love making a difference and will work with you to ensure your loved one receives the care they need. I prioritize what the family needs and will take care of your loved one the way the family feels is best, not just what I think is best. I like to sit down with families to discuss how they normally care for their loved one so I can make my client feel comfortable, safe just like when their with family. I'm very fast-paced and not lazy. I know how to use a Hoyer lift, assist with bathing, give medications, ensure correct meal portions, and I can write clinical summary notes as needed. I communicate clearly with seniors and their families to make sure everyone is on the same page.
