About Jailyn

Hi, I'm Jai! I'm a laidback, quirky, and fun college student. I've been around all ages, but while working in a church daycare, I learned my favorite are the fun, hyperactive ages! I love to be active, do indoor/outdoor crafts, and live for baking. I go to college, along with my job that I would have to work around, but I'm free often! I like working with kids because I plan to be a child psychologist. Before, I felt it really helped me learn more about the different age ranges while still being able to create a fun, safe space for the children. I'm hoping I will get some insight for my psychology classes this year. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be a fun stand-in when parents are gone, and not too rigid. I started working with kids ever since but have been babysitting large numbers (7 max) My skills include directing and redirecting, being aware of emotions/boundaries, and keeping everyone happy and clean.
