About Jaila Grace

I'd describe my personality as funny and outgoing. I like working with kids because children teach you things everyday just like they learn from you so it's an equal exchange in my eyes. Plus i've always loved kids and kids have always loved me. I'm looking for a job that is fun, challenging, and active. Really any job that comes my way I would take because I just love being around kids so it doesn't matter to me the job. I started working with kids when I was 17 I started at i9 sports referring/coaching basketball, soccer, flag football, and tee-ball. When I turned 18 I started working for Cleveland Elementary as a After School Teacher. I work with Kindergarten through 2nd grade and I have 20 kids I take care of until their parents arrive. In my spare time, I like to play sports and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is i'm a honest person. My skills include patients, communication skills, problem solving/decision making, and leadership.
