About Jaiden

Hello! My name is Jaiden and I currently work at a private school as an Early Literacy Intervention specialist working with many kids grades K-6th. I've worked in childcare for almost 4 years now. I have 5 younger siblings ranging from little ones to almost high schoolers and I've been taking care of them throughout most their lives. Helping them through homeschooling started my love for childcare. During the pandemic while we were all adjusting to online school, I began tutoring and helping the kids I watched with their education. In my experience bringing a craft, board games, or other activities is my preferred way to spend free time while babysitting. I believe children absorb the people around them, that's why I like to be kind, caring, and attentive. I do my absolute best to be a good role model and example for anyone's children no matter where I'm at or who with.
