About Jagoda

Hi! My name is Jagoda and I'm currently a student at UIUC pursuing architecture. I have an associates degree in arts from Lincoln Land Community College. I grew up helping my mom take care of my siblings which provided me with the experience and skill set to also start babysitting for friends and family when I was 13. I was born and raised in Poland until we moved to the US when I was 10 so I'm fluent in English and Polish with a basic understanding of Spanish as well. I am patient, creative, and friendly, providing a warm and engaging environment for children to thrive. I think open communication is key, and I believe in regularly updating parents about their child's day and any concerns that arise. I am also happy to assist with tasks such as cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, carpooling, etc. I hold current First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, ensuring I am well-prepared to handle any emergencies.
