Hi! My name is Jaery (Hi-rih) Im 22 years old and I have 6 years of experience working with children of all ages! By working at an after school program at an elementary school and babysitting my younger siblings and nephew I have gained a lot more knowledge and provide exceptional care. Im currently a part time nanny to a 3-year-old girl since Feb 2024 but still totally open to other bookings when available. Most families I nanny for are screen-free so outdoor activities, board games, art & crafts, sports, etc. is something I love to do! Other things I can help out with are housekeeping, homework, prep/cooking meals. I love helping children grow and learn! Some of my biggest strengths as a nanny are responsible, safe, caring, and reliable. Im also okay with any pets and would love to pet sit if needed as well! Jaery's positive attitude and work ethic caught my attention and distinguished herself from the rest of the applicant pool for a number of reasons: 1. During the interview process, she conveyed that she was very interested in the job, and that she had already given people a heads up of her potentially taking this job even before I decided to hire her. 2. She had no problems with virtual calls for either interviews or to discuss instructions for the day of work. 3. She is very punctual and reliable. She always responds in a reasonable timeframe when I texted her, and she was on time for the babysitting job and all scheduled video calls. 4. Her patience and kindness makes her great with kids. She played with my child the entire time I needed her help, and is still asked for and missed weeks after I last had her over to babysit. When deciding to hire for babysitters there is always the dilemma between selecting a candidate with more established experience and one who may be less experienced but is more malleable and energetic. I decided to take a chance and hire Jaery thanks to her impressive attitude and she did not disappoint. In the future, I will continue to ask for her help for occasional babysitting jobs. I highly recommend hiring her to look after your little ones!
