I'm looking for a job that is reasonable with their cleaning requests and schedules, and who understands that sometimes things may come up. A healthy working environment should include mutual understanding and respect for personal limits. Ideally, that is consistent in their cleaning needs and expectations, which allows for a more predictable schedule and easier relationship management. I started housekeeping years ago, initially as a way to earn extra income, gain experience, or help a family member.
