About Jaelin

I have always loved children and babysat for the first time at 12, but started babysitting regularly around age 14. I became a lifeguard and swim instructor for children ages 6 months to 18+ at age 15 and managed the City of Yucaipa's pools at age 17. Since this was a seasonal job, I also worked as a counselor and eventually a supervisor for the city's after-school program, "Kids Club", as well. I am also very active in the local theater community and have taught many theater classes to children. I also am a voice instructor and mostly teach children in this endeavor as well. I am an extremely responsible young adult who has served as chairperson on my city's Youth Advisory Committee, currently serve on my College's Student Senate, and am going to receive my Associate's degree in American Sign Language this semester. I am fluent in ASL and can communicate with deaf and hard of hearing children easily as well. I love and genuinely enjoy spending time with and caring for children.
