About Jaeda

I have always had a passion for caring for those around me. Since I was a little girl I knew that whatever I end up doing for a living would involve caring for others, cultivating a safe space for those that I care for. I started out in childcare and worked as a preschool teacher for 3 years. The job brought me so much joy and purpose! I then moved onto housecleaning and eventually decided to get my CNA, so that I would be able to do senior care. I worked as a CNA at a local nursing home for 6months providing care to 8-12 residents daily. I thoroughly enjoyed the job but I found that I wasn't able to slow down and build the relationships with residents that I hoped to when caring for many at a time. That is why I am pursuing home health care, in hopes to build a bond with those I care for, tending to all of their needs. Being there for those who are most vulnerable is very important to me. Providing a safe, supportive, loving space where people feel heard is something I deeply value.
