My family has had the fortune of employing Jadwiga for nearly 10 years. We feel lucky to have such a thoughtful, trustworthy, smart, and reliable person helping us raise our three children. She has been our nanny since our first baby was born. Jadwiga is one of the most reliable employees anyone could ask for. Prompt, polished, and flexible. She has never been late and is always willing to stay past scheduled hours or adapt to our changing needs. Jadwiga has excellent communication skills, as well as organizational and task management skills. She is intuitive and proactive by nature, supporting our family in juggling the demands of a busy day. Jadwiga has the kind of judgment that only a person with her experience can bring. She’s supportive and loving while remaining pragmatic and steady. My children love and respect her because she is fair and genuine. She has taught me more than I could have ever imagined about raising children and being a mother. She is simply the best nanny around. And anyone who knows her will attest to this fact.
