Hello! My name is Jade. A little about myself, I have worked with children most of my life and am well acquainted with kids from all ages and from various backgrounds. I was an instructor at my family's martial arts school for about 7 years, and during that time I babysat and volunteered at youth outreaches/organizations. I have a passion to help children learn and grow. My heart is to help assist families through whatever life season they are in and help give their children the proper love and care they need. I am a very creative and outgoing person. I love to create art projects and organize fun activities to do. I believe there is always one beautiful moment in everyday, and sometimes we just have to create it. I care deeply for everyone one I work with and am immensely dedicated to my work. Her connection to the kids was instant. Me being able to depend on her gave me the freedom and peace of mind while having to be away from my home. You can tell that she is a seasoned caregiver due to her ability to multitask when necessary, while managing and maintaining structure, all while being professional during the occasional unexpected life situations that tend to arise.
