Jade is a fantastic nanny for our two daughters. She helps us meal prep, prepare dinners, tidy around the house and most importantly look after our girls with a gentle approach. I appreciate that she reinforces habits that we are working into instill in our children, for example, setting age appropriate boundaries, talking about emotions, reinforcing manners (please, thank you, helping clean up), etc. It's easy to feel a sense of consistency when she takes over & our girls are always in a good mood at the end of their time together. I am happy to be a reference.
