About Jade

As a childcare provider with 15 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth and development. My journey in childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, where I discovered my natural ability to connect with children and foster a positive environment. My approach to childcare is centered around patience, creativity, and open communication. I believe in establishing strong relationships with both children and their families, ensuring that every child feels safe, valued, and encouraged to reach their full potential. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules and prefer their preferred method of communication to keep them updated on their child's day or any concerns that arise. I am a full-time nursing student with a Bachelor of Science Degree. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I am comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from ages 4 to 11 and even teenagers.
