About Jade

I have experience in providing care to all ages of children. As a care provider in addition to meeting the physical, social and emotional needs of children, it is my goal to provide them with the tools to begin to experience and understand their world. It is my experience that if you are consistent with children they feel safe and in turn learns to trust. When I speak to children positively and respectfully they will learn to use these words with others. Most importantly, each child is a unique individual who should be given every opportunity to grow and develop in a way that works best for them.
